1. What kind of waste material can you handle? We can handle all types of waste from non-hazardous to hazardous.  Some kinds of waste that we handle include waste water from washouts, drilling fluids, petroleum products, certain biological waste and certain radioactive material.

  2. Who is responsible for the disposal of the waste? There are 2 options for waste disposal, we can handle the disposal or we can put it in containers and return it to you for disposal.  In either case you will receive complete documentation.

3.Do we have to bring our equipment to you for cleaning? The most efficient and cost effective way to clean your equipment is to bring it to our facility in Channelview, TX but cleaning can be done on your site if necessary.

 4.What kind of documentation do you provide? If we are handling your waste from start to finish, you will receive documentation about your waste stream from “cradle to grave”.  In other words, we provide documentation showing when your waste was generated through the disposal of the waste and listing the place where the waste was disposed.

 5.Who provides material and transportation with your disposal only services?IIf necessary we can provide all the material and transportation necessary to dispose of your waste. If you provide your own containers, we will ensure they are adequate for the job prior to attempting disposal. As always, complete documentation will be provided.

  6. Do you do the remediation work yourself or contract it out? If you choose Intra to do your remediation, all of the work will be handled either by Intra or by our partner Legacy Environmental.  We are not project managers, we are the company that does the remediation.

 7. What geographical areas do you service? For our cleaning, disposal, remediation and emergency services our general service area is from Corpus Christi, TX to New Orleans, LA.  For our stainless steel hose and detonation arrester rentals we ship worldwide.

8. Are we required to pick and return all rental material in Channelview, TX? All rental equipment is stored at our facility in Channelview.  You can pick it up here or we can arrange for transportation.  For international and off shore rentals, the rental charges may begin at the time the material is dropped at the freight forwarder and stop when received back in Channelview.

9. Does the rental equipment have to be cleaned prior to returning it to Intra? All rental equipment is delivered and is expected to be returned clean. If you are not able to properly clean it, we can clean it for you at an additional charge and the material stays on rent until it is clean.
